The Dutch hockey club MHV Maarssen is currently developing a complete new sport accommodation together with GreenFields. The MHV complex, which currently consists of three artificial turf sand will be extended to four pitches this summer.

GreenFields TX

Two of the four pitches are GreenFields® TX, which is a water based field. This product was  chosen for the World Cup last summer in the Kyocera stadium, home of  ADO Den Haag, which was converted to a temporary hockey stadium. During the World Cup hockey GreenFields TX was prized several times by internationals for the playing characteristics. Both water fields get the latest TenCate Sine® sport technical layer that was recently accredited by the KNHB. The third field is provided with a new high-grade sand-top layer.

The work performed by contractor CSC Sports, one of the main partners of GreenFields in the Dutch market. CSC Sport will start with the construction of the pitches nest week. All three pitches should be ready on the 22nd of August during a grand opening weekend at the club.
